We grow log-grown shiitake mushrooms outdoors. These mushrooms are robust and flavorful. These are available as fresh, dried caps or powders.

Fruit from our apple, pear, Asian pear, and plum trees. Although we are not certified organic, we grow our orchards using sustainable practices, and they are pesticide-free. So fruit may not be perfect and is best used for cooking or baking.

Our farm has over 3200 maple trees that we tap a small percentage of every spring and boil over a wood fire. We have a range of light to dark syrup to fit different tastes.

We sell small one-foot potted or bare-root sugar maple trees and American plum in the spring and fall by pre-order.

We shear our small flock of fiber sheep and Pygora goats in the spring and sell roving, batting, and raw fleeces.

- Gift to you—a thank-you card from our farm rescue animals, plus you will receive our quarterly e-newsletter and monthly blog keeping you updated on our progress. You can also opt out of the gift if you want to have all your donations go to the farm. (You will still receive our newsletter and blog)
- If you live nearby, fresh products may be substituted—like free-range eggs, fresh mushrooms, or a grow-your-mushroom log may be substituted above the 200 donation.
- Come visit the farm, see how your investment has been used, meet the animals, walk the maple tree grove, or come learn about our vision and commune with nature. You are a valued part of our growing community (but please make an appointment so we know you are coming).
