We currently offer log grown shiitake mushroom log inoculation events in the spring between April and June. these 3 hour events are packed with great information and a hands on experience.
Maple Syrup in late winter we start our maple syrup events. Come learn how to tap a tree, collect and boil down the sap to make wonderful maple syrup.
You pick fruits are available late summer and early fall contact us to see what is available for picking.
